All programs are FREE of charge. Unless otherwise specified, programs take place at the Salida Library, on the corner of 4th & E Streets, in Salida, Colorado.

May Events & Programs

Wednesday, May 3 at 10 a.m. – Story Time! Newborns to kids aged up to 5 are welcome to join us in the Children’s Room.


Wednesday, May 3 from 2-3 p.m. – Legal Clinic at the Library. One-on-one assistance via computer link with a volunteer attorney.


Tuesday, May 9 at 4 p.m. – Cassie’s Public Speaking. Informal help session in public speaking here at the library.


Wednesday, May 10 at 10 a.m. – Story Time! Newborns to kids aged up to 5 are welcome to join us in the Children’s Room.


Friday, May 12 from 2-4 p.m. – Ann Marie’s Writing Lab. One-on-one help with essays, reports, resumes, or memoirs here at the library.


Monday, May 15 at 4:30 p.m. – Susan’s Teen Book Club, open to 6th, 7th, & 8th graders. Meet us in the Young Adult section of the library to discuss March: book one by John Lewis.


Tuesday, May 16 at 5:30 p.m. – Amy’s Book Club, open to everyone! The Dog Stars by Peter Heller is May’s Book Choice.

Wednesday, May 17 at 10 a.m. – Story Time! Newborns to kids aged up to 5 are welcome to join us in the Children’s Room.


Wednesday, May 17 at 5:30 – Susan’s Coloring Club. Meetings held at 327 E. 1st Street.


Thursday, May 18 at 10 a.m. – Amy’s Book Club, open to everyone! The Dog Stars by Peter Heller is May’s Book Choice.
